Booked Martin in for a Boiler Service, as we were well due one after Covid.Booking system was nice and easy - had a call asking if we could change from morning to afternoon a good few weeks... beforehand, which we agreed to.Martin texted ahead 20 minutes before arrival which was appreciated! Friendly and Chatty whilst doing the service, was happy to give advice as he worked.Payment was nice and modern with a portable card machine - no fuss and email receipt along with Gas Safe Certificate.Will 100% be returning for out next service - thanks for a really great experience!read more

First time user of this businesses services following retirement of my previous self employed service provider.Initially, I found their website straight forward to use and liked the option of being... able to reserve a day and time to suit me. Subsequent confirmation and reminder messages were prompt and timely. Engineer arrived on his ' green' bicycle adapted specifically to his needs.....Impressive.Subsequent servicing of our Worcester Bosch gas boiler and gas supply was professionally and efficiently carried out. Similarly our Gazco gas fire. Full ' landlord' certification followed electronically within an hour of completion. Paid the invoiced amount by return, again electronically.The engineer had all necessary equipment to hand including a specialist portable vacuum cleaner device.. again impressive.Fully intend to use again next year.read more

Today March 2022 - We have used Martin's company for a number of years. He consistently provides an excellent service. Martin contacts us in good time to book our annual service, and he's prompt,... hard working, thorough and reliable. I always recommend him to friends.Today - March 2021 - We have used Martin for a number of years now - the most recent today. Again a fab job - our boiler had started dropping its pressure, I emailed him on Saturday and he came today (Monday). He found the leak, repaired it, and got us up and running again. Another great job. Thank you so much, especially for coming out so promptly!2 years ago - Martin and his team have done a great job in our home - they correctly diagnosed a couple of faults and fixed the boiler, installed a new Nest thermostat because our old thermostat was faulty, installed a new down-pipe on the gutter and condensate by-pass valve to prevent the problem we had last winter when the boiler stopped working because the condensate pipe froze, and they replaced the sewage connector into our toilet which had been bodged by a previous builder and had started leaking. So a real range of jobs! All were done cheerfully and to a high standard, they came when they said they would and nothing was too much trouble. I totally recommend this company. Great service guys, thank you!read more
